Recently it has come to my attention that it has become frighteningly easy to modify your Nintendo Wii with nothing more than an SD card, an external hard drive, and a little bit of computer knowledge. This guide I found on gbatemp.net makes the process so easy that an 13-year-old with a hand-me-down Dell laptop could pull it off. After following this guide step by step, I have successfully managed to mod my Nintendo Wii in under an hour so that it is able to play games directly off an external hard drive.
