It has recently come to my attention that Hasbro and Electronic Arts are now providing a world-wide Monopoly game based off of Google Maps.  The premise of the game is simple; find any street on a map of the world, buy your street, and develop that street to earn rent money.  As the rent comes pouring in, you can buy more streets and even bigger buildings to earn more rent.  In addition to being able to buy houses and properties to earn rent from, the game allows you to pull chance cards that can allow for anything from bonus money to demolition permits that allow you to destroy your opponents’ most prized properties.  The best part about this idea is that you’re playing online with the entire world, earning rent and backstabbing one another to your heart’s content.
